- ✅ Aadhar Card: Self-attested copy for identity and address proof.
- ✅ PAN Card: Mandatory for all real estate transactions.
- ✅ Passport Size Photographs: 4 recent photographs of the applicant(s).
- ✅ Address Proof: Voter ID, Passport, or Utility Bill (if different from Aadhar).
- ✅ Bank Statements: Last 6 months bank statement (if applying for Loan/EMI).
- ✅ Booking Amount Cheque: In favor of "Manki Infra Project Pvt Ltd".
